    1. These are the terms and conditions (Conditions) of use of Servicestationjobs.com (Website). By using the Website, whether as a guest or registered user, you confirm that you accept these Conditions and that you agree to comply with them.

  3. Our services
    1. Servicestationjobs.com exists to provide information about job vacancies at Shell-branded service stations, to enable potential applicants to make contact with advertisers and to provide advertisers with access to recruitment best practice tools. The Website is not a recruitment site and we are not an employment agency or employment business for the purposes of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (as amended from time to time).
    2. The jobs advertised on the Website are all with independent retailers (Retailers) who operate Shell-branded service stations and are not within the employ of Shell UK Oil Products Limited, The Shell Petroleum Company Limited or any other business owned by Shell International B.V. Applicants who are successful in being offered jobs advertised on the Website would be employed by Retailers.
    3. The terms of any employment contract or contract for services shall be agreed between the relevant Retailer and the successful applicant and we shall have no involvement in the negotiation or completion of such contract.
    4. No charge is made for the use of this Website to advertise vacant jobs at independent Shell-branded service stations, to download or use information relating to service station work or to facilitate contact between potential applicants and Retailers.
  4. Contacting Retailers who advertise on the Website and our use of your information
    1. You may use the Website to make initial contact with Retailers who advertise on the Website in order to apply for vacancies. We cannot take responsibility for the accuracy of any information supplied to us by Retailers and you are responsible for confirming directly with any relevant Retailer the identity of that Retailer and the details of any position in which you are interested.
    2. You will need to provide your email address if you wish to contact a Retailer via the Website. We use the email address only to confirm that your message has been passed to the relevant Retailer. We do not store the email address or retain any information contained in your message.
  5. Changes to the Website
    1. We may update and change the Website from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our users' needs and our business priorities. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.
  6. Availability of the Website
    1. We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Website for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
